Knowledge is key to cultivating each employee’s capacity to make a contribution. Through our program aiming at vocational training and education for adults, we provide skill-based courses within the community, for current and potential employees, courses including specialized retraining and business modules.
We strongly believe that, by facilitating the access to knowledge to the employees and the community, we contribute to the creation of a sustainable community where other economic and human deficiencies will find sustainable solutions, such as a more reasonable income distribution, promotion of social equity and ethics and prevention of abuse against humans.
